Map Resource Area Maps
A collection of one-inch (one inch to one statute mile=1:63,360) Ordnance Survey maps of Great Britain are centrally located in the Map Resource Area on the third floor of the library, directly outside the Government Documents Office, in separate shelf cases in front of the microfiche carrels. In addition, there are several Ordnance Suvey maps of Monastic Britain filed in the same area. A few maps showing tourist board information and public rights of way, the Landranger Series of Great Britain, can also be located here.
