Library of Congress call numbers are arranged alphabetically and numerically.  Read a call number from left to right, top to bottom.

Read the first set of letters alphabetically. D52

Hint: If it's hard to tell what the order should be, add zeros to the numbers until they all have the same number of digits.  Then the order is easier see:  .340, .346, .350
