Fill out this form to reserve a room in Cooper Library for a group of 5 or more people. (Individual study rooms can be reserved by contacting the Circulation Desk in person. If you want to reserve the Brown Room (416), please use this form.)

You will receive an email confirmation along with your reserved room number.

As a general rule, rooms may only be reserved by students and student organizations for 4 times total in a one month period.  A reservation may be renewed if demand for the room is low and the room is available. Keys to rooms may be checked out at the Circulation Desk for a two-hour period. Overdue fines are assessed for keys returned late.
