ALFRED (Allele Frequency Database)
the Allele Frequency Database From the Kidd Lab contains allele frequency data on human population samples.
BLAST Conserved Domain Search
a Basic Local Alignment Search Tool preformatted to search for conserved domains within a given protein sequence.
Cn3D
'See in 3-D' is a structure and sequence alignment viewer for NCBI databases.
dbSNP
a central repository for both single base nucleotide substitutions and short deletion and insertion polymorphisms.
GDB - The Genome Database
the Human Genome Initiative's official central repository for genomic mapping data.

the NIH genetic sequence database, an annotated collection of all publicly available DNA sequences.

HGMD - The Human Gene Mutation Database

Human Genome BLAST
a Basic Local Alignment Search Tool preformatted to search the working draft sequence of the human genome.
LocusLink
a single query interface to curated sequence and descriptive information about genetic loci.
MapViewer
this tool provides a graphical view of the available Human Genome sequence data as well as cytogenetic, genetic, physical, and radiation hybrid maps.
Nucleotides Database
a collection of sequences from several sources, including GenBank,
RefSeq, and PDB.
OMIM - The Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man
a catalog of human genes and genetic disorders.
Protein Database
compiled from a variety of sources, including SwissProt, PIR, PRF, PDB, and translations from annotated coding regions in GenBank and RefSeq.
TGDB - The Tumor Gene Database
contains information about genes which are targets for cancer-causing mutations, proto-oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes.
