DVDs and videos - on the Basic Search screen, select DVDs/Videos from the drop-down menu to the right of the search box. Then type the search.

example: (title search)   death of a salesman
example: (keyword search)   roman theat*

To find DVDs only, add the word "DVD" to the search:

example: (keyword search)   moliere dvd

Music recordings - do an "Advanced Search." Select Music Recording in the Material Type drop-down menu. Then type appropriate keywords in the search boxes.

example: scott joplin ragtime
example: handel water music
example: pearl jam

To find recordings on compact disc only, add the phrase "compact disc" to a keyword search:
