I have tried
to use the
online catalog
several times
and it never
works. I first
tried to use
this feature
several months
ago. If you
are to have
this on your
site, it should
be available
for students
to use. There
is nothing
more frustrating
than trying
to use something
at your school
and not having
it work.

Access during HVAC
Suggestion: I
am trying to complete
my PHD written exam
and am continually held
up for much time due
to the library repairs
because I can not get
the books I need right
away. I have had to
request eight books
I think there should
be special consideration
for students to get
necessary books quickly
who are im a timed testing
situation. I live 35
minutes away from Clemson
and now have to come
back tomorrow to pick
up two books and copy
an article.

are special considerations
available. Please explain
your special need to
the employees at the
Circulation Desk and
we will immediately
retrieve the items you
need. It is not necessary
to wait in special circumstances

Pond

put signs around the
reflection pond to let
people know they are
not supposed to be in
the pond. They have
to stay out.

not certain that the
library is totally responsible

Furniture
Suggestion: it is not
right to change our study
environment before finals
... referring to the first
floor change from tables to
cubicles
Response: Sorry for
the disruption but the overall
change is a good one. Many
complaints were received regarding
noise problems from groups
on that floor so it was necessary
to remove the larger tables
& instead add smaller
study carrels. Again, my apologies
for the disruption.
