Java City will be closed on Monday, July 6th. They will reopen on Tuesday with their regular hours.

Here’s some of our latest additions to the Popular Reading & Audiobooks section.

The Tillman Education Media Center’s materials are now visible and searchable in the library catalog.

This project, started in 2007 and finished as of July 1, makes over 11,400 items (books, serials, media, and manipulatives) available to library users.

The Media Center is a curriculum laboratory and materials center that supports the students and faculty of the School of Education at Clemson University. Services and resources include a collection of K-12 textbooks in all subject areas, AV equipment checkout, kits, manipulatives, tests, videotapes, software and other instructional materials, production area for binding, letter-cutting, photography, transparency production, and lamination.

Unfortunately, not all of our databases or online Google searches will lead to full-text articles, but there is always a chance that we have a print copy of the journal. In order to check whether the library has copies of the journal, check the online catalog:

* You can either search by “Journal title” or “Title” from the library homepage search box

* Be sure to type the name of the journal in the search box (NOT the article title)

You can also search by journal title abbreviation if you don’t have the full title of the journal.
