Due to maintenance on our servers, the Clemson University Libraries webpage will be down on Sunday, May 11 from approximately 7am until noon. This includes the webpages for the main library, the Architecture Library, Special Collections, and Records Management.

There will be no access either on or off campus to databases, subject pages, weblog, etc. You will be able to search the catalog if you link to it directly at http://libcat.clemson.edu. Cooper Library will be open from 10am until midnight and check out of materials will be available even during the times the server is down.

The construction workers in the 6th floor mechanical room need additional space outside the left elevator car to do their work. The space immediately in front of the left elevator car has been covered with plastic. No access is allowed to that elevator. You will not be able to enter or exit that elevator.

The 6th floor button in the left car is covered up and signs are posted. If you press the 6th floor button and ride the elevator up to that floor, when the doors open, you will be met by a plastic wall and will not be able to get off the elevator.

The left car is accessible from any other floor and you can ride it to and from any floor except 6.

Java City is closed for intersession. They will reopen on Monday, May 12.

Snax & Stax Convenience Store will be closed until fall semester begins in August.

The large orange donation box formerly on the West side of Cooper has been moved to the East side right beside the new ADA doors. Use this box (or the one in the Cooper Library lobby) to donate books, DVDs, CDs or other materials to the library.

Exams are almost over and now you have time to read for fun. Check out the latest additions to the Popular Reading books and Audiobooks collection.

New books and audiobooks go out as soon as we get them. Look for them on the green shelves near the television on the 4th floor of Cooper.
